Silence
Be still now
Farewell

You are leaving so soon
Our journey had just begun
I want to cling to your hand
But I must let go

Farewell, my dear friend

I walk the misty ledge -
The mountain on one side
The infinite abyss on the other
Alone
Fearful
Still

Looking back I see your silhouette
I wish you would journey with me
I wish I could stay
But that is not for now

Careful
Slow
Steps I take
In Silence

Suddenly
Slowly
The fog begins to lift
The dark abyss is disappearing
Spring is revealed before my eyes
I wish you were here
But I must journey on
In beauty
Joyfully
Lovingly
Hopeful

A new journey has begun
