Can I please just have a break? As if buying a house as a single mother with two kids while being pregnant & having a full-time job isn't stressful enough already. The loan processor I was working with left the company, which I did not know. He never told me. He never told my realtor. In all my communications he assured me that everything was on track & going fine; that the closing date was a "go." He told my realtor the same thing. Turns out at the 11th hour that he submitted none of my loan paperwork officially.
It's one thing when I screw up my own affairs, it's quite another when someone else is responsible. I suppose I have 3 weeks to find a rental - while writing reports on the side.
Someone please pinch me, so I can wake from this nightmare.
